This is an excerpt from Sgt. Suarez and his Howling Commandos Book 1, from Christmas 1987. The strip, posted once or twice a week at my desk when I was working a Co-op job in college, lasted from September 1987 to January 1988. This page and the page following fit into the ongoing storyline and acknowledged Christmas all at the same time. I don't exactly remember what was going on before this page, but I'm sure it all makes sense in context. No one's seen this in nearly 15 years. Some day Book 1 and Book 2, plus the original strips from high school may make it into the Archives. For now here's a little holiday taste.
